I unlocked 7 star Chewie using zBossk leader (G12 & 260 speed), Boba Fett (G10 & 230 speed), Cad Bane (G10 & 210 speed), IG88 (G10 & 200 speed), and Dengar (G7 & 180 speed).
Honestly Dengar is the MVP for this fight even more so than Bossk. Prior to getting Dengar to 7 star I was using Greedo (G9 & 200 speed) for Tier 7 and even with my G12 260 speed zBossk leader, I was getting destroyed. Bossk was always stunned and by the time he got a turn in to taunt 2 people were either already dead or he would get shredded to death himself in a few turns after taunting. But after getting Dengar to 7 star and at only G7 and swapping him in to replace Greedo, I was able to 3 star tier 7 and unlock my 7 star Chewie in only 4 tries.
