Increase offence secondary stats by 300% for mods

But make it so speed can't be a secondary. Or something similar. I challenge anybody to show me proof and using any other secondary besides speed and win. Maybe with extreme offence secondary without...

Just triple all existing stats across the Board on all mods except speed. Give me an incentive to use a 5k secondary protection mod over 10 speed. Or a potency secondary that is 10-12%. Or offence that is say 150-200 flat, or tenacity that is 20%. Tenacity should be increased 4x as much.
