Inferior Support Performance

It's now the 8th day that our guild leader cannot log into the game and there is no hope for improvement. When looking at the responses by the EA support, you get the impression, that they cannot find the issue in the FAQ list, that has been provided to them and they stop every communication.

During his absence he has lost or missed his daily fleet arena rewards, raid rewards, TW rewards, GA rewards (crystals and mod upgrade material), daily farming, Temple Guard event, Assault and Era Battles, etc.

Now we are heading into TB and Conquest time and your inactivity is damaging the account even for the future. He will miss out on TB rewards as well Conquest rewards. The latter goes hand in hand with the fact,  that he won't be able to farm crons, which are vital for the next GA 3v3 season. With the current progress he will miss out on Depa in addition to Temple Guard and therefore JMMW too, which is adding to the downhill slide of an end game player.

Your lack of support is basically ruining this account with respect to every aspect and will put him far away from e.g. beating TJ during one of Tassenix' streams.

Can we expect any improvement from your side CG_Meathead​ or will you continue to show no effort that a customer, who has invested thousands of dollars, is able to use the content, that he has paid for?

I can assure you that the mood in our guild is definetly not the best due to your poor performance. Some are seriously considering to stop playing this game including myself. In the grande scheme of things it won't hurt you financially very much to get no longer 2k (3k?4k?) from our guild. But from our point of view,  there are other possiblities to spend money in a better way,  than giving it to a company that doesn't give a rat's *** about their customers.

    These guys do not care about their customers. It is the same EA customer care. You jump through a ridiculous amount of hoops just to enjoy something and they hate you for it.
