Is anyone else having an issue with win rewards

If an in-game mail does not show up, navigating around some of the major areas of the app tends to pull fresh data for me. Into quests and back out for example. There also seem to be server-side delays of a up to a minute or two sometimes (or perhaps that is just the client-side cache expiry time).

I don't have to minimize or restart the game client, just be patient and navigate around a little.
