Is buying signal data for cystals better value than doing 200s in cantina?

Ive basically become end game and my new bottleneck is signal data. With 41 stars in ROTE, mandalore, zeffo and lots of SMs im no longer in a kyro bottleneck. Everything new is r5-r9 requirements and i need to up my signal data for that

Whats the best choice? Doing 5x instead of 3x cantina refreshes or continue with 3x and add some with buying and which one of blue, grey or green signal data?
