Is Darth Sion incredibly bad or is it just my experience?

I'm so disappointed with Darth Sion, I think his kit is really weak. He literally does no damage, and I mean other tanks have no damage but they at least bring buffs to their team. Sion doesn't. I ...

I have him at 7* G12 249 speed

I don't drop out of the top 10 in arena anymore.

I had a battle today and Sion killed enemy thrawn with full health and about 5% prot in one shot with his third move.

I love him and he makes my arena battles so easy
