Is GW getting insanely difficult for any other lvl 80-85s?

Agreed, without spending money it seems next to impossible to get high enough gear to make characters strong enough to compete. It'd be nice if they'd fix this issue, but they probably won't. Not when so many people are willing to spend a couple hundred a month on the game. Definitely frustrating.
