Very very rare. Like I said, I think I've gotten it maybe a few times in the 4 years I've been playing.

It's 80% for 3 carbantis, 15% for 4 carbantis, 4.9% for 5 carbantis, 0.0999999999% for 6 carbantis and 0.0000000001% for 7 carbantis.

Been playing for 4+years and never got more than 5.
