is kylo too strong?
I'm not the best player, i know that, but when a character can solo a team doesn't that mean hes too powerful?

i always leave him for last but, i run a clone team, he can usually one shot everyone except fives and gains his entire protection bar back when he does
all im saying is that his outrage protection regen needs a bit of a nerf
Well clone team doesn't have the debuff(s) needed to deal with him. Also using the 212th only makes him stronger
