Is there a number for a EA HELP adviser based in USA?

Ive gone through 4 cases and they keep resolving my case without it being resolved. Is there a way i can contact EA HELP Advisors located in the USA vs India. The india advisors are not doing anything...

I used to work at 3 different call centers man, nothing gets resolved unless you specifically have them transfer you to the states, try it next time you have to call a cable/phone etc company, you'll actually get things done correctly and quick.
