Is there any precedent to have a purchase made with crystals refunded?

I accidentally used nearly all of my crystals to buy 16 Mon Mothma shards in shipments (I don’t even have Mon Mothma unlocked). Has anyone ever made this kind of mistake and had CG refund the purchase...

Regarding this issue. Why can’t CG create a “are you sure button “ to safeguard against accidental finger slip? They ask us when it’s cash we’re using so doesn’t make sense.
