Look deeper than just a bounty hunter. His DNA created the clones making him a pivitol part of the plot and order 66. Not only that but he is able to single combat kill Jedis which can't be done by many. He also wears badass armor and is the main inspiration to Boba fetts bounty hunter conquest after his death.
Yeah i guess, maybe i'm just biased against him because i didnt like the prequels but i didn't think the character in the film was particularily interesting and lacked the presence of boba fett..
I'm sure playing the game would have helped (assuming it was any good).
