I purchased an item with Crystal's, it was the incorrect item. Am I just screwed?

- I've done that. I learned to be extra careful moving forward.
- You can open an EA help ticket, I've heard varying stories of getting a refund or getting nothing.

This.- Contact Customer Support. Tell them it was an "accidental purchase" of the wrong item due to similar icons.
In some situations they will refund the crystal purchase.
