It's not just GAC broken it's also TW

Question

Losing banners randomly in TW also with SEE/Bane 19 and GLAT 19 with noone dying. Meaningless TW for us but i'm sure not for others. Tested Rey and she got a 20, Sideous Solo got a 20, BAM Sana got a 20 so no clue what is the issue.

Same happened to me. Got a 20 and it gave me 19, then a 16 and it gave 15. Did 2 fleet battles scoring 21, but only got 19 for both.
