Jar Jar Binks Concept
First things first: this is one of about 15 concepts I have just waiting to be posted…
Knowing these are going on the forums, and thus they are up for the taking, I don’t really know what else to say except for there are a lot more where this one came from lol…

Jar Jar Binks
Galactic Legend, Light Side, Support, Leader, Galactic Republic

(Ultimate ability) Saving you, Messa Thinks
Requires 50% charge to activate, and can be activated at 75% and 100% for additional effects. Jar Jar gains 1% charge whenever a Galactic Republic ally grants other allies Protection up (cannot gain more than 1% per protection up per ally), increased to 3% for Jar Jar.
Dispel all debuffs on all allies, and they recover 100% health and protection. If there are any defeated allies, revive a random ally at 75% health and protection, and grant them Damage immunity for 2 turns, which cannot be copied, or dispelled. Then, all allies gain 25% Protection up for each active enemy, which cannot be copied or prevented until Jar Jar is inflicted with a debuff.
If 50% charge was used, deal special damage to all enemies, and dispel all buffs on them. Stun all enemies for 2 turns, and remove 100% turn meter, which cannot be evaded or resisted
If 75% charge was used, deal true damage equal to 75% of Jar Jar’s max health instead of special damage, and this ability cannot be evaded.
If 100% charge was used, all enemies are inflicted with Protection disruption and Healing immunity for 3 turns.
(Basic; Max) Gungan Slime - Deal physical damage to target enemy and inflict Confuse for 2 turns. If they were already inflicted with Confuse inflict daze for 2 turns and remove 10% turn meter. If they had 3 stacks of Confuse, instead remove 30% turn meter, and blind them for 1 turn.
This attack cannot critically hit, and instead ignores the target enemy’s defense. If this ability is used during Jar Jar’s turn, Target other ally recovers 10% protection and gains 15% protection up for 2 turns, which cannot be copied. Otherwise, this attack cannot be evaded.
(Special; cooldown: 3) Booma Sling - deal special damage to target enemy and stun them for 2 turns. This attack cannot be countered, and if it is evaded deals special damage to all other enemies instead, which cannot be evaded. Remove 20% turn meter for each stack of Confuse on target enemy, and deal 25% more damage for each other ally with Protection up.
Dispel all buffs on target enemy and inflict Shock, 2 damage over time effects, and speed, tenacity, and offense down for 3 turns. These effect cannot be resisted, and if they are dispelled from an enemy, that enemy loses 5% tenacity for the rest of the encounter.
(Special; cooldown: 4) Gungan Rally - Dispel all debuffs on all allies, and grant them protection up equal to half of Jar Jar’s max protection, which cannot be copied, prevented, or dispelled, for 3 turns. While an ally has this buff, they have +150% defense, tenacity, and cannot be countered. Rally all Galactic Republic allies, and all Galactic Republic allies recover 45% of their max protection.
Whenever this ability is used, Jar Jar gains 2% ultimate charge for each other Galactic Republic ally, and all galactic republic allies gain 70% turn meter. Whenever this ability is used, and Jar Jar has at least 50% charge on his ultimate ability, this ability’s cooldown is reduced by 2.
(Leader) Bombad General - All light side allies gain +10% evasion, +5% mastery, and +15% tenacity, doubled for Galactic republic allies.
At the start of battle, if all allies are galactic republic, and there are no clone trooper or unaligned force user allies, and only 2 jedi allies, all allies gain an additional 10% mastery and are immune to shock and buff immune. While Jar Jar is active, allies gain 5% turn meter whenever an enemy deals damage to an ally, and whenever an enemy is defeated, reset to cooldowns on all allies.
If Padme Amidala is an ally, her unique ability grants the full effects, and whenever she grants an ally protection up, she also dispels all debuffs on that ally. Whenever an ally loses any protection up, Padme Amidala gains 10% turn meter, and the cooldown of Courageous Strike is reduced by 1.
If Obi Wan Kenobi (Padawan) is an ally, whenever he gains or loses Foresight he grants offense up to himself and another random ally for 1 turn. Whenever he calls an ally to assist, he calls another ally to assist, dealing 50% less damage. If Qui-Gon Jinn is an ally, Obi Wan assists whenever Qui-gon uses his basic attack dealing 50% damage.
(Unique) Exiled Warrior - Jar Jar cannot gain stealth or taunt effects. Whenever an enemy gains stealth or taunt, Jar Jar dispels it from them and loses 5% defense and 2 speed (stacking) for the rest of battle. Whenever an enemy attacks out of turn, Jar Jar loses 1% of his max health (stacking) for the rest of battle.
Jar Jar ignores taunt and stealth effects, and gains 5% offense (stacking) whenever a Galactic Republic ally suffers a critical hit or critically hits an enemy, and has +25% critical damage for each Galactic Republic ally at the start of battle. Whenever Jar Jar uses a special ability, he gains 10% tenacity (stacking) for each ally that has protection up for the rest of the encounter.
While an enemy has Confuse, they lose 15% defense, 10% potency, and 5 speed for each stack of confuse on them. If they have max stacks, these effect are doubled. Whenever an ally attacks an enemy with Confuse, they have a 50% chance to reduce their cooldowns by 1. Whenever an enemy loses Confuse, they are inflicted with speed down and daze for 2 turns, which cannot be resisted. Enemies with Confuse cannot recover health or protection.
