JML tier 7 disabled?

Hi I have same problem but on last tier Lord Vader's when I played some time ago ultimate didn't load up after 20min. Or more I disconnected send massage to stuff there is something wrong ,they told me there's nothing that they can do because I was disconnected and I should check my internet connection, never had connection problems and from then on event is blocked I thought that they blocked only me . Forgot to add I lost 70 tickets.
