Jocasta Nu - GAC or TW omi :)
as in the topic - jocasta omicrons description says GAC, but they are not visible in GAC. However, they are visible on TW.

Came here to post the same thing.
Hopefully just a visual bug on her character icon, not incorrect text on her abilities.
This was noticed about a week ago.
It appears to have been implemented in TW. I have seen no announcements about this being addressed.
