Journey guide bug

Hey,
I resumed the game with a new account and since I bought the hyperdrive megapack bundle I am blocked for certain events and especially at the level of the travel guide. I meet all the conditions however when I click on « fight « /« battle » it doesn't start the fight, nothing happens... has anyone ever had this happen?
