I actually have one idea why Leia wouldn’t mention Kenobi’s rescue in ANH. Kenobi came to save her here because of how important she was. Leia in ANH isn’t asking Kenobi to save her - he’s asking her to leave her to die and to get the plans that are on R2 to Bail and the Rebellion. It’s not about her anymore. Of course, Kenobi didn’t do that either because she’s important as Anakin’s daughter, but she didn’t know that yet.
It’s a stretch, but it’s the best I can do as to why a single line is missing that would better tie into a TV show 45 years in the future.
