Kid is heartbroken

Sp apparently if you have an underage account, you cannot migrate to a new device, so a child who has lovingly played the games for several months just needs to be told - oh well, your progress is all thrown away cause your tablet is not working well and we cant move the game to your new device -

Awesome , just awesome

Wonder if you can amend the age then? Swap it over then revert

CG requires proof of age. a guildmate had to send them an image of his license to get them to remove the age lock on his account (his son started it but he took the account over when the kids stopped playing). So probably wouldn't help OP.

Of course it would, OP could totally "take over the account" right now. Claim it as his, send in proof of his age.

Seems like a good idea to me.
  • I recently changed my account from a kids account to adult (son got bored after a couple of weeks, I took it over about 18 months ago). Finally got round to changing it, had to send in a copy of ID (passport).
OP could then save it to FB / Game Center etc. and be able to move it to new device.
  • Very sad, support being typically useful.

I hope you get it sorted for them.
  • Consider this blessing. Uninstall the game and tell your kid to go play almost any other game out there.
