Visas should have some kind of forsight ability (since she can see the future).
Bastila should have Revan synergies. Both should be light side since that's when they were together.
I want to see Vitiate in this game.
Atton should have unavoidable attacks against enemies (like grievous basic) since he hunted Jedi.
