Depends on your concept of Foresight. I am talking strictly in terms of the game mechanics.

Being able to flawlessly, 100% guaranteed evasion of an attack, is what the Foresight game mechanics is about.

When using canon as an inspiration, we can see that in-game's Han has 'Shoots First' which guarantees first blood in a match. By also inspiring from Canon, Vader is able to stop the quickest gun in the galaxy regardless. It would translate well to the Foresight skill and the start of the match.
