Leader abilities when not in the leader position.

Would it be possible for a leader ability to turn into a unique ability when not in the leader position? So the effects of the ability would just affect the character the ability belonged to and not s...

That way you're still picking and choosing what to upgrade, but if you spent the resources on it with a zeta it is still usable even when the leader portion is not anymore due to the evolving game.

it is an interesting idea, but yeah too complex to have not been developed from the beginning with this in mind.

it would open up a whole new level of team building.
