Let's fix Tenacity vs Potentcy

Wouldn't a new formula make a bit more sense, so these two abilities are more useful? Chance to resist = 50% + Tenacity - Potency. Get rid of the 15% minimum chance to resist. Make Tenacity up gi...

Yea. And what's wrong with that? It's pretty easy to do. This is a give and take for both sides. I don't have a bias on this issue. It doesn't make sense to have tenacity be an uphill battle. A chance to apply a debuff should be 50% if everything is equal.
You would now have to decide between potency, tenacity or speed instead of having worthless attributes and all out speed.
