currently is not just after JTRs release, however she's still the 3rd most used leader for #1 teams (according to the swgoh meta report). The first 2 are palp, got reworked after JTR was released, and rex, who's a direct counter to palp teams. hmm...
Just after release she was the most used leader in arena for top ranked teams. That is with the horrible vets farm, gamechangers saying she's not that good, sith raid no where in sight, yet still the most used leader.
p1 and p4 aren't all phases, so there's that to begin with. And NS are way better than JTR in p4, so that just leaves p1.
So yea, balogne.
She's used... not in the top 20... and certainly hasn't been since palp rework then nightmare. Which (rework) was weeks after her release. And soon after Sion, then STR.
