Such that X equals the amount of XP required to get to the next level, C equals the XP required to gain your first level, and N equals your level would be an exponential growth equation.
However, that's not how the XP chart works in this game.
An exponential growth equation could have a 1.1 multiplier in it, but a 1.1 multiplier does not an exponential growth formula make, a number with an exponent is needed for it to be an exponential equation.
If the amount of experience needed to level was squared every level increase, then it would be exponential growth. IE: 20, 400, 16000, etc. Not 100, 110, 111, 122.1 etc.
