Locked out of game
As title suggests I can’t get in game, I get to the capital games banner, then a black screen and just freezes on the black screen. I’ve left and waited 20 minutes for it, phone on/off and reinstalling the game.
any suggestions?

Ok, it is solved for me. I had to reinstall the android emulator (Memu) too, and the game finally start.
Samsung s22 ultra user here, still can't get past the loading screen, my phone is as hot as the sun. Tried clearing cache, force stopping and uninstalling and reinstalling. Honestly fuming.
Motorola 40 edge pro user ,did the same steps ,but still no luck ,it just runs on wifi only ,but my mobile netwerk (5g) is way faster,so i do not understand:(
I've gone from highly competitive to hardly playing over the last 4 days, purely because I'm on android and the game is so laggy it's practically unplayable, when is this going to be resolved it's so frustrating! My guild mates must hate me for it 🤦♂️
Still no solution? It was OK for two days and gone back to completely locked out.. how??
