Seems to fit quite well with the current Raid. They played it with their full R9 maxed out 16 mil GP account, so it works fine. They probably did the same thing with their R9 maxed out gungan team. Put it on auto and it worked fine, so "release it!"
Even with my R8 gungans I still had to manual it a couple times to get through it. Once it was 5 gungans vs LV at 60 stacks and I couldn't do anything to him. Every time he took a turn, all debuffs were gone, then he healed back up to full health. Finally got it, but it's ridiculously overtuned. (But CG only knows overtuned or undertuned.)
