Lost in game chat

a guy in my guild had 2 accounts his alt was not able to use chat for like 3 years then it just started working last month. not sure what he did i can ask

they unlocked some accounts to the full adult ecperience including chat in the update begin of december because they should not be run by minors anymore. they usually got a message in their inbox that the full experience incl. chat is now available on that account.

got the same message on my alt account even though that was already able to use chat since the beginning. being 42y old I was a bit surprised about that message, but aside from that surprise message nothing had been changed.

One of my guys has the exact same problem. Has no access to chat and can't see guild orders for tw either

lol I'm 33, and the game says that I have an account for minors. I can’t use chat and nickname change in the game. how can this be fixed?

They announced a fix for this, I forget when, but it should be in these forums somewhere.

in EA I was given the contact of one of the forum administrators to describe the problem. but he doesn’t answer

I was told by EA the problem is Google Play not EA...so now not sure what to do.
