Make it easier to claim the free web store packs

ive lost about 10k mk 3 Ability mats, 50 million credits, 35k - 60k energy and 2500 character shards (not including bonus calenders or crystals lost on energy refreshes as well as energy/raid currency spent farming characters who i should have 2500 or more shards distrubuted between also events not completed due to lack of mk 3 mats (eg assault battles)) all this due to not being able to acceses web store for some reason or other something which still hasnt been fixed for me (ally code is 987-133-952)
