Make logray farmable

I'm also trying to star up Logray and have to agree. I understand the odds and small samples but honestly - he is never really there. I even used to grab 5 shards from time to time when I wasn't focused on him just b/c I realized he's never there. It's the lack of progress that is frustrating. If you decide to do a single hard node farm you can hoard crystals, spend energy wisely and are still subject to rng but you can make a plan forward and feel progress. With certain rotating characters - like even tusken shaman or some of the clones - it's just random. Dengar fits too but he seems to pop up more frequently - maybe he shares his spot with less toons? I understand exclusive rewards that reward time spent and progression of characters/teams. Making toons random is none of those things. Some of the toons in ship and guild event store with no other options to farm should pop up one time per day imo this way you can decide on a path and implement your plan which is what this game is about.
