Plo Koon does have some clone synergy. He gives extra turn meter to Jedi and Clones.
He could actully be pretty useful in the current meta with all the stealth from zeta Maul. The buff wipe on his basic is nice and gives him defense up. He can also give it to the whole party and put offense down on the enemy with an AoE attack. He is classified as a tank. He works well as one. Lots of damage mitigation. He's not a damage dealer and that's fine.
Buff wipe and TM gain make him a shoo in for the grand master yoda event. Yoda spreads buffs like mad so all the buff wipe possible is needed. Yoda goes so fast that the tm gain will be quite helpful.
His ship is also quite amazing. That alone makes him worth farming. Easily the best support ship in game currently. Gives tm to all allies, tenacity up to clones and protection up to Jedi. Has a ship taunt, erases all debuffs on them and gives them protection up (if they are republic) and spreads speed up with his basic if they are target locked. He's a little squishy, but he should be with all that utility.
