Malak shards in Guild Store...
So, the Malak shards aren't showing up in the guild store for me. I'm guessing you not only need to beat the event, but also actually unlock Malak? I'm not interested in unlocking Malak for a week...

The current matchmaking system only takes into account the top end of your roster. Even if you activate Malak he isn't gonna affect your matchmaking until you gear and level him up.
But yes, you have to activate him for the shards to start showing up in the shop.
