hello, I only received crystals instead of the content of the Malgus LSB.

PS: sorry for the direct ping but some other community managers are trying to put all posts in one bucket and ping it as solved while saying: fix it yourself. And I’ve tried and probably most others as well but at least for people who didn’t buy it through the App Store/mobile shop this “fix it yourself with the ingame help bot“ method won’t work. It only lets us answer in yes or no statements to questions that aren’t even the right questions to begin with.
