Mando seemed to imply it was beskar in the last episode, however it was Durasteel in the original trilogy and Boba upgraded it to Beskar in 44 ABY (second galactic civil war (which is no longer canon))

So it seems Disney is implying Boba upgraded it now to Beskar sometime between ROTJ and Mandalorian, however it looks very old and used

I think Boba said it was Jango's armor and that it was beskar, so that should imply Jango had beskar armor and that the durasteel version is now "legends" material. Kinda makes sense because when we see Jango lose his head, the helmet and pauldrons don't look like they took damage from Mace's lightsaber and beskar can withstand a lightsaber strike and Why Mace took a decapitating strike too.
