Mas Amedda Kit Idea
Here is the kit idea for Mas Amedda, Speaker of the Galactic Senate, and later the Grand Vizier of the Galactic Emperor. I decided to create this kit to go along with the Galactic Senate kits I will be making, and decided to add something to his ability that changes depending on if his leader is Palpatine or Valorum. I hope you enjoy the kit!

Mas Amedda and target Galactic Republic ally gain 1 stack of Democracy. If the allied leader is Light Side, cleanse that ally's debuffs as well. If the allied leader is Neutral or Dark Side, then deal special damage to target enemy and inflict Corruption for 2 turns. If the target enemy already has Corruption, inflict Buff Immunity instead.

Inflict Daze and Speed Down on all enemies for 2 turns, and remove 10% of their Turn Meter, which can't be resisted. All allies with Democracy gain 10% Turn Meter and are granted Offense Up and Defense Up for 2 turns. If the allied leader is Light Side, grant them Speed Up for 2 turns as well. If the allied leader is Neutral or Dark Side, inflict Ability Block on all enemies for 2 turns instead.

Allies with Democracy have +20 Speed, and +15% Accuracy. Whenever allied Chancellor Valorum is the leader, Mas Amedda's alignment is Light Side and he has +20% Tenacity. Whenever allied Chancellor Palpatine is the leader, Mas Amedda's alignment is Dark Side, and he has +20% Potency. If his leader is neither, then his alignment is Neutral, and he has +10 Speed and +10% Evasion.
-Zeta: Galactic Senate allies gain 10% Turn Meter whenever they gain 1 stack of Democracy. Enemies with Corruption have a 40% Chance, doubled if they are Separatist, to increase their cooldowns by 1 when they use a Special ability.
