Maul (L) is no longer meta and has passed

On my Nov '15 shard, the top 20 leads are:

10-rex
04-maul
03-vader
02-nihilus
01-jynn

Maul used to dominate our shard, but is no longer an issue as players have solved his game play. The obvious conclusion, maul and dodge do not need to be nerfed.

B2 has a 40% chance to proc only ... means when you use it, it does never proc and when the opponent (AI) uses it, it procs 80% of the time ... in average ( 0 + 80 ) / 2 = 40 ;)

Lol mauls lead is only 20% chance but it procs 100% of the time if not more
