Minimum gear levels and Questions about if this team will work to get CLS [Merged]

I just got Thrawn. The RNG on it was a nightmare. I spent a couple of days after I got Hera to 7*s My Chopper was only G7, and that was what was killing me. I got Chopper to G8 and think I got him on the 20th or so run. Lady Luck smiled on me. I actually cheered! I had geared him up previously to G10 and he immediately fit into my arena team!
