I tried to contact CG months ago when I completed TW 50th win quest, I didn't get the rewards (500 crystal, etc). I submit the ticket but they can't help anything of it. It's ridiculous!
Lesson learned, don't place hope in them. They are chasing only our money
Or it's because they arent given the tools to do so.
