I tried to contact CG months ago when I completed TW 50th win quest, I didn't get the rewards (500 crystal, etc). I submit the ticket but they can't help anything of it. It's ridiculous!
Lesson learned, don't place hope in them. They are chasing only our money
We keep the guy on chat from EA for a long time and he gave us 500 crystals, I'd try again that is one thing they can give. But I'd give it back for the resource for the finisher which is more like 6500 crystals or $50.
