Miscraft Finisher due to lag; need CG help

I tried to contact CG months ago when I completed TW 50th win quest, I didn't get the rewards (500 crystal, etc). I submit the ticket but they can't help anything of it. It's ridiculous!

Yeah, that why we brought it here... I mean they can give a streamer back all his mods when drunk and he deleted them, But we have an issue due to their update and we get radio silence, which is a bit of BS cause the material were from the $100 pack and why I was looking though the finishers to see what I had when the window never popped up so I clicked it again and still didn't pop up but when it finally did it also crafted the finisher since it took both clicks.
