Missing Accuracy in stats
All the characters have their evasion value listed but none have the accuracy listed. That makes me think that the value is the same for all characters. But what is the value? Is it 100%?, is is 9...

Could be 0 instead of 100. Depends on how is it coded to act.
It could be 100, then substracting evasion to known if you hit
It could be 0, and acts as a counter measure to evasion only. Evasion-accuracy should be equal or higher than 0 in any case.The accuracy down would be: 2%-(-15%) = 17% so very char the debuffed char tries to attack have 17% evasion
Anyway, if there’s a fixed number for every char/ship, I think it should be known.
