Missing buttons, why is this still a thing?

I'm in the middle of a HSTR run, everything is going fine. All of the sudden!, no buttons? I can click on my toons and see the buffs and debuffs, I can click on the enemy and see their stats and buffs and debuffs. But I have no actions available to me. How is this still a thing CG?

To play Your game, I need the rewards from these events to keep moving forward and because of crappy coding that should have been fixed Years ago, I miss out on good rewards.
