They have no intention to help me. They are only trying to frustrate me until I quit. After saying my mods were all returned. I told them after 2 reboots (about 20 reboots now) they weren't there.
They then asked me for my player ID and ally code to confirm they weren't returned? It's now 5 hours without a response. I have messaged once an hour to check status.
Someone needs to hold them accountable or step up and get this done. I'm a paying customer and I don't deserve this. I sent you the screenshot as proof
@rvdbandit The response I got from live chat was to go to this link and read it: https://forums.galaxy-of-heroes.starwars.ea.com/discussion/255309/accidentally-deleted-all-mods
They didnt say what to do after but I assume they want you to reach out to the DEVS in a PM to try and get their attention and hope they can restore your mods. EA help support and Answer HQ are pretty much unhelpful and will just continually try to redirect you to someone else. As you've also experienced this, If you do send a PM to a DEV, let me know how that goes. I've sent a message to Ultra, crydroid, Meathead, Crumb and Erik in the hopes that one of the three DEVS will read it and help. The forum mods, ultra and crzydroid might be able to raise it to the DEVS attention, but so far after a week I've been pretty much ignored by the DEVS. The forum mods are generally helpful but they can only do so much.
@EA_Lanna Please help us if you can, this is still a very serious issue. Check my post above, it also has a link to my own thread asking for help.
