Missing Wat Tambor shards

I was able to complete the Wat special mission, but was not credited with doing so when the shards rolled out earlier today. Is anyone else having this issue?

The whole our guild didn't receive tambor shards this time, but some people successfuly completed mission and in action list was records about it
