Mk 3 sienar holo projector salvage - drop rate

Ok like everyone else this gear material is essential as you upgrade to high level. So I get frustrated (and feel cheated) when churn 10 battles and it turns up Butkus.goose eggs. Zero is not your hero. That is not even 10% chance...unacceptable EA. please look into this. Some activities need to be gaueanteed. Or perhaps it's a glitch. Either way it needs a fix imo I'm not using crystals when I see this game behavior. I'll be wait until tomorrow. Thank you.
