Why is this only available in sith and tank raids? It really needs to be available in stores or at least farmable.

Sorry, cant bring out my best lines every night....people would get spoiled ?- I at least get the fully crafted piece from HAAT sometimes, which is nice as it saves me farming a stun cuff.

Not quite appropriate since Edward hoards a lot of stuff that could be better used elsewhere.
What DK_rek posted is what you just happen to have as a longtime player, because you get so many of these pieces as a reward while not being able to use them since only a minority of characters needs them. Or the ones that need them are often times not worth gearing.- Yep, broke today my first 1k of these "rare" salvage ?
