Mk 6 Athakam Medpac Gear

Question

Do Mk 6 Athakam Medpac gear only drop from Territory Battles rewards?

I have been looking for these since G12 we introduced, and TB started but have only gathered 5 from a TB reward and have not seen them in any shop?

I saw a post saying they are in TB shop, but have not come across any through refreshes (Bought and natural)

Anyone able to advise?

I have 3 complete sets, they are in guild event store.
