It's the one that can only be farmed with what i'm guessing is a 10% or less drop rate. aka the hardest legendary item to craft which isn't from the raid.- They are a steal in shipments for 270 crystals.

I hate farming that more than I hate farming stun cuffs. Everyone needs them and they are so hard to get.- That one is a tough drop. Another is mk8 blast Tech weapon mod prototype salvage.
- I actually see it quite often now that none of my toons need it anymore, kinda like Rey disappearing from guild shop for 2 weeks while I was trying to 7* her, now she's there daily.
- Buy the full piece from shipment instead?
- This piece is a snap purchase from the shipments.
- These are in regular shipments all the time. For credits, not even crystal.
