Mod Management needs slicing
Um... doesn't mod management include slicing? I can Upgrade a mod. I can Sell a mod. I'd like to Slice a mod from the same screen. Select the mod, click on the Slice button.

- Mod management lets you batch upgrade mods by selecting one or multiple and upgrading them. Not sure we need a batch slice option because of the mats required. It’s not a bad idea, but it’s a bit unnecessary since you can always slice a mod from the regular mod screen, which has the same filters.
